Sewn kin 1 (stylised as sewn kin 1) is the first documented video released by the YouTube channel Sewnkin. The video is fifty seconds long, and it was released in March of 2014. The video was deleted by the original uploader, but it was later reuploaded by Meatsleep under the name of "circle" (later retitled "新しいスキン").

The video opens with a woman reading a piece of paper that has "新しいスキン" written on it. The video then cuts to a sign that reads "NEW SKIN." We then see a green elevator, florescent lighting, a parking garage with signs that read "P2," a woman standing in the middle of a parking garage, and then a security camera fastened on the ceiling.

"New skin" is an apparent theme throughout the video. The piece of paper and the transcript both translate to "new skin." The sign also read "NEW SKIN." The original title of the video was also "New skin" in Russian. It is not entirely sure what "new skin" really means, but some believe it has to do with wearing the skin of the victims of murder, a practice made notorious by serial killer Ed Gein, and The Silence Of The Lambs character Buffalo Bill.

In the parking garage, the signs that read "P2" may also have some significance. P2 is a movie about a woman who get's trapped in a parking garage and was stalked and held captive by a man. The movie is set in a lot similar to the one in the video. The person filming the video appears to be stalking the woman in the film, based on the perspective of the camera.
