The video opens with a closeup of ground meat cooking in a frying pan. The colour is inverted, but soon the colour flashes to it's original, orangish-brown colour. At the 34 second mark, a weather forecast for Western and Northwestern territories of Canada is shown. The forecast was issued on 8 January, 1993 and predicts the weather for the day and the day after. The forecast predicts the weather conditions for Pelly Bay, Taloyoak, Gjoa Haven, Cambridge Bay, Coppermine, Holman, and Sachs Harbour.
The title is spelled with Runic letters, and it appears to be "SUPPERTIME."
The meat in the frying pan is suspected by some to be human meat, because there appears to be a finger in the pan. Other theories have also been sausage, or ground beef.
The majority of the locations mentioned in the forecast are located in the Nunavut region of Canada, which many suspect to be where Meat originates. The original video of the forecast seen in the video originates from the CBC North and was uploaded to YouTube by a user named James Duncan on Dec 29, 2013.
